As one of the first truck shows to be held in-person since the COVID-19 pandemic began last March, the Kenly 95 East Coast Jamboree in Kenly, North Carolina, welcomed the most contestants in the show's eight-year history, organizers said.
All of the 40-plus trucks in attendance were worthy of recognition, but winners were selected in some 17 categories.
Brandon Smith's 2006 Peterbilt 379 EXHD and 2006 Mac trailer was the big winner – driving away with Best In Show honors, the Best Paint title, and first in the tractor/trailer combination class.

In addition to the categories below, Teel Trucking won the Kenly Konvoy award for having the most trucks in the show. The Tarboro, North Carolina-based carrier had five trucks entered – a 2001 Peterbilt 379, a 2002 International 9900, a 2007 International 9900i, a 2006 International 9900ix, and a 2002 International 9900i.

John Byers Jr.'s 1988 Mack Superliner won Best Antique.
John Mullenite's 2021 Kenworth W900L won Best Bobtail.
Jon Olah's "The Joker" 2000 Kenworth W900L and 2019 Benson flatbed won Best Graphics.
Jonathan Alley's 2017 International LoneStar won in the Lights at Night (Best Lights) category
Randy Clayton's 1999 Peterbilt 379 EXHD and 2020 Ravens won in the Polish & Detail category.
Dawson Taylor's 2020 Freightliner Cascadia won Best Theme.
Chad and Brandy Smith's 2020 Peterbilt 389 and 2021 Fontaine won Best/Unique Load.
Austin Kiser's 2018 Peterbilt 389 and 2019 Trailstar won Best Company Truck. Kiser drives for his father's company, Greg Kiser Trucking.
Thomas Placer's 2020 Peterbilt 337 won in the Best Recovery category.
Steve Johnson and his 2019 Peterbilt 389 and 2014 Wilson flatbed won the Long Haul Award for having traveled the furthest distance to the show. He's based in Apple Valley, California.
Joshua Teel and his 2001 Peterbilt 379 and 2001 East dump trailer won the Carolina Classic award for regional choice with its blue paint scheme reminiscent of school colors for the University of North Carolina Tarheels.
Rob Jopek's 1984 M925 military truck won the Made to Serve award for best military vehicle.
Daniel and Phyllis Snow's 1996 Freightliner Classic XL won Best Interior.
