MetroGistics has promoted Craig Clayton to vice president of information technology, the vehicle logistics provider has announced.
In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall leadership of the company’s evolving and growing information technology department, including architecture and infrastructure services, enterprise applications services, networking, and telecommunication services. He will also help develop strategic IT recommendations and consult on tech-focused mergers and acquisitions.
Clayton joined the firm in 2013 as director of information technology. He has more than 12 years of IT management experience, including senior leadership positions at Sumner County Schools and AmeriFlex, where he served as chief information officer.
