A. Anyone in the organization authorized by a manager or executive can have access to the data. However, edits and annotations made by authorized personnel must be certified by the driver. The system is designed to protect drivers from one-sided changes being made with or without their knowledge. If the driver is unavailable or unwilling to recertify the change, the proposed edit or annotation will remain part of the record.
