Bruce Shields has assumed the role of president for ABS National Auto Services, which provides title and registration services to commercial fleet users, the company has announced.
Shields takes over for Paul Chaveriat, who retired on June 2. Shields is a founder and owner of the company.
In related moves, the company has also appointed Jessica Bentley as vice president and Ted Edens as vice president of finance. Both will report to Shields.
ABS National Auto Services, which was was founded in 1989, is based in Knoxville, Tenn. The company also provides services such as out-of-stock vehicle location and driveaway delivery service.
