Site visits and spec reviews with a truck/upfit engineer can provide extremely valuable insight during the spec'ing process. At site reviews current vehicle application, payload analysis and operating requirements, and upfit and equipment configurations should all be reviewed. Incorporating the correct upfit based on the selected vehicle model, application and upfit requirements is also a key piece to this process.
