Mercedes Recalls 2017 E-Class Sedans for Headlights

Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC is recalling an estimated 28 2017 E300 4Matic, E300, and E43 AMG vehicles equipped with LED headlights because that may be misadjusted and can potentially cause low beam headlights to insufficiently illuminate the road. An insufficiently lighted roadway may increase the risk of an accident.

To fix the problem, MBUSA will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the headlamp adjustment, correcting it if necessary at no cost to owners.

The recall is expected to begin March 23. Vehicle owners can reach MBUSA customer service at (800) 367-6372.
